Jennifer Shepherd
As a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach—and someone who went through menopause in my 20s—I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to feel at home in your body again. I’m also Celiac, so I know what it’s like to navigate major dietary transitions, label reading, and hormonal shifts all at once.
Through mindful movement, empowered eating, and intentional planning, I lost weight after menopause—and more importantly, I gained confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of what my body truly needs.
Now, I help others do the same—with support, strategy, and a whole lot of compassion.
