Like many people, my journey into health and wellness did not start with having everything figured out. It started with wanting to feel better, have more energy, and create a life that felt balanced and sustainable.
Through my own experiences and years of learning about holistic health, I discovered that true wellness is not just about food or exercise. It is about the whole picture. How we nourish our bodies, manage stress, rest, move, and support our mental and emotional wellbeing.
