Program Overview
The Culture Catalyst is an 8-week live online program, rooted in Stanford University’s Creativity in Business curriculum.
Each week, participants meet for 90 minutes on Zoom in a supportive, experiential environment. Sessions are interactive and practical—blending mindfulness, reflective exercises, and emotional intelligence frameworks that can be applied immediately in both personal and professional settings.
All sessions are recorded to support flexibility for busy clinicians.
To receive CEU credit, participants must:
✔️ Attend at least 80% of sessions (live or replay)
✔️ Complete a pre- and post-assessment
✔️ Finish the weekly agenda and reflection activities
Earn 24 CEUs / Contact Hours
The Culture Catalyst has been submitted for approval for 24 continuing education contact hours for LCSWs, LACs, LCPCs, and related licensed professionals in Montana. It’s an ideal way to renew your license while enhancing your emotional well-being and professional skills.
