About
I went through Menopause Between 21 and 28 years of Age. With ZERO hormone therapy.
Throughout this program, I’ll be sharing pieces of my own personal journey—having gone through menopause between the ages of 21 and 28—an experience that was confusing, isolating, and at the time, rarely talked about. Incorporating my story, as well as stories from other women, brings depth, relatability, and real-life perspective to the educational content. These lived experiences remind us that menopause doesn’t follow one path and that every journey is valid. By weaving in authentic voices, this program creates a space where participants feel seen, heard, and less alone—because understanding menopause isn’t just about facts and symptoms, it’s also about connection, compassion, and learning from one another.
