Why It Works for
School Teams
Taking the Culture Catalyst as a staff group creates lasting change within your school culture. When educators and leaders learn these tools together, they build shared language, mutual support, and a foundation for resilience that benefits the entire community.
This is not a one-day workshop that fades by Monday. It is an 8-week journey that changes how your team shows up, communicates, and cares for each other and your students.
Schools that invest in this training see:
-
Decreased burnout and staff turnover
-
Stronger staff morale and collaboration
-
Improved student outcomes and classroom climate
-
Greater overall job satisfaction across the building
stronger together
A Partnership
with OPI
The Culture Catalyst for Educators is part of a statewide initiative in partnership with the Office of Public Instruction. This means greater access, broader impact, and a shared commitment to supporting the well-being of Montana's educators across every district.
What this means for you
The OPI partnership helps bring this program to educators across Montana, expanding availability and supporting districts in investing in the people who make their schools run. If you are interested in bringing the Culture Catalyst to your school or district through this initiative, reach out to learn more about eligibility and scheduling.
making it work for you
Flexible Scheduling
and Group Rates
Join one of our upcoming statewide cohorts or schedule a private class just for your team.
Schools and districts that host their own group receive the best rates available and can select a time that fits their schedule, including evenings and non-contract days.
Bring This to Your School
A private cohort means your staff learns and grows together, building shared language and mutual support that carries into every hallway, classroom, and meeting.
