As a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, and someone who went through menopause in her 20s, Jenn understands firsthand how challenging it can be to feel at home in your body again.
 

She is also Celiac, so she knows what it is like to navigate major dietary transitions, label reading, and hormonal shifts all at once. Through mindful movement, empowered eating, and intentional planning, she lost weight after menopause and gained something more important: confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of what her body truly needs.
 

Now she helps others do the same, with support, strategy, and a whole lot of compassion.
