what this is
A Program Built
for Young People
Insight for Life is a powerful course created for kids and teens where they discover their unique talents, learn valuable tools, and develop the self-empowerment techniques that prepare them for success at school and in life.
Based on the methodology first taught at Stanford University's Creativity in Business program, this 8-week journey is designed to take young people on a profound exploration of their creativity, their purpose, and their full potential.
Using practical mindfulness and emotional intelligence tools, the Insight for Life instructor empowers kids and teens to step into their authentic selves with confidence.
Two Age-Appropriate Tracks
Each group meets separately in a safe, supportive environment
Pre-Teens (Ages 10–13)
Pre-teens learn age-appropriate emotional intelligence tools to build confidence, express themselves, and develop healthy habits early on.
Teens (Ages 14–18)
Teens build emotional resilience, self-worth, and inner confidence in a safe, empowering environment where they feel genuinely seen.

stronger together
Pair It With
the Family Program
The Insight for Life program runs alongside the Emotional Intelligence for the Whole Family program, which includes a separate track for parents running at the same time.
When your whole family participates together, growth becomes a shared culture. Young people feel supported at home, and parents develop the same emotional language their children are learning.
