Overcome Overwhelm Workshop
Life and work can feel nonstop—constant demands, rising expectations, and little time to reset. The Overcome Overwhelm workshop is a practical, empowering experience designed to help participants slow down, regain clarity, and move forward with intention.
Through guided reflection, mindfulness practices, and emotional-intelligence–based tools, participants will learn how to reduce stress, quiet self-doubt, and break free from procrastination and feeling stuck. This workshop also focuses on creating healthy boundaries and supporting overall well-being, so participants can show up more grounded, focused, and energized in their everyday lives.
Attendees will leave with realistic strategies they can use immediately—at work and at home—to feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to navigate life’s demands with clarity and resilience.
